ORDER ACCURACY

AlchemyInk555 is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Because products are custom-made to order, returns and exchanges are not accepted for buyer's remorse, incorrect sizing, color selection, or change of mind.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers must contact us within 14 days of delivery with photographs of the issue so that we may work with our fulfillment partner to resolve the matter.
